We have /his/torical proof of miracles at the Temple in Jerusalem. The most recent known are reported by eight early sources, citing eyewitnesses and even physical evidence, which report miraculous fire and glowing object in the sky that marked clothes halting the Jews' and Emperor Julian the Apostate's plan to rebuild the Jerusalem Temple in 363 AD.

The first source is Ammianus Marcellinus, a non-Christian historian who was a contemporary of Emperor Julian. You can read his account here: https://www.perseus.tufts.edu/hopper/text?doc=Perseus%3Atext%3A2007.01.0082%3Abook%3D23%3Achapter%3D1%3Asection%3D3 -

"terrifying balls of flame kept bursting forth near the foundations of the temple, and made the place inaccessible to the workmen, some of whom were burned to death; and since in this way the element persistently repelled them, the enterprise halted"

And Gregory Nazianzen, who knew Emperor Julian personally, wrote just months after the event according to https://www.tertullian.org/fathers/gregory_nazianzen_3_oration5.htm that:
"But what is yet more strange and more conspicuous, there stood in the heavens a light circumscribing a Cross...Let those who were spectators and partakers of that prodigy exhibit their garments, which to the present time are stamped with the brandmarks of the Cross! For at the very moment that anyone, either of our own brethren or of the outsiders, was telling the event or hearing it told by others, he beheld the miracle happening in his own case or to his neighbour, being all spotted with stars, or beholding the other so marked upon his clothes in a manner more variegated than could be done by any artificial work of the loom or elaborate painting”.

There are six other sources, they all show: the God of this Temple is the true God, and he won't allow either Pagans or Jews to build His third Temple.

I don't really care what non-Christian historians have to say about the Bible. Nor any extrabiblical source. The King James is all the proof I need.

Endless gay sex orgies you say?
>>
>>18740001
This is seemingly the only time God actually intervened in all of history. Slept through holocaust and all that.
>>
>>18740015
Has it occurred to you that perhaps he had a hand in the semicaust? Or do you think he's happy to just let Jews work their wickedness in Christian lands for centuries without any consequence?

No, I am not. I'm the very picture of mental health.

The biblical idea of the divine is a being that is completely obsessed with that single building. Nothing else in the entire universe matters enough for him to break the laws of physics

Why can't you stop thinking about gay sex then?

For a quick but certain to an absolute logical degree answer about why God doesn't often directly act in the world, take quick look at https://www.youtube.com/shorts/YKUhD7--LKw

TL;DW it's point is God, in order to avoid a logical paradox, acts in situations where his actions are necessary for the growth of good in the world as a whole

This implies that the Temple - which is supposed to be the capitol of the universe - will at some point in the future be critical for the global growth of good, meaning God acted when an attempt to thwart this was made.

This is such a nonsensical take. No a random building in the middle east isn't the capitol of the universe. You haven't proven it it magical just because you posted a bunch of fairy tales from ancient people
>will at some point in the future be critical for the global growth of good
But a child with bone cancer can't be that?
>God acted when an attempt to thwart this was made
How were they attempting to thwart anything? They wanted to rebuild the temple as Ezekiel tells them to.
>>
People literally believe in UFOs and ghosts today, if you think people were less gullible and retarded 2000 years ago. I don't know what to say

You speak from gay perspectives a lot

>No a random building in the middle east isn't the capitol of the universe

Not right now since it hasn't been built yet. But the true, completed, Third Temple absolutely will be. According to Ezekiel we will see God himself enter it. Just as He did when Solomon built the first. But now today or in the future we won't merely commit to to writing, we'll have HD video for all history to see from then on. No sane person will deny the God of that temple any longer.

>But a child with bone cancer can't be that?
No not usually. While most deaths and diseases are tragic, the world keeps going despite them. To avoid the paradox the video spoke of, God acts only if his non-action would mean the cessation of the growth of good.

>just because you posted a bunch of fairy tales from ancient people

Think about the history of this. These are rock-solid historical sources, and there are many more than these. Something happened here. What was it?

>How were they attempting to thwart anything? They wanted to rebuild the temple as Ezekiel tells them to.

In an explicit effort to denounce Christianity. The First Temple was destroyed because they rejected God in favor of polytheism. The Second Temple was destroyed because they rejected God again when He came to them personally. Both the Bible and history make one thing clear: no one who rejects God has any share in the Temple.

I desperately want the Jews to try again, since we would see this happen again. This time we'd get it on camera!

Do you see why nobody takes you freaks seriously? You genuinely believe a random Israeli building is the capitol of the universe what the fuck man. Are you insane? Do you also believe a giant golden cube will smash into Earth?
>we'll have HD video
How convenient he only interacts when we didn't have the technology. It's just a work place accident with a lot of exaggeration
>God acts only if his non-action would mean the cessation of the growth of good.
The child with bone cancer could grow up to be the best Christian preacher of the modern era but instead Jesus lets him die in excruciating pain
>In an explicit effort to denounce Christianity
It would prove Christianity
>>
>>18740001
>Proof by Example Fallacy
shame literally everything else about reality debunks Christianity lmao
