I'm not a seer but in terms of the security situation, the government and its local allies has attained control over most of the country whereas over a decade ago the Al-Qaeda branch running around had control over most of the south.

There is no such thing as "Real Ethiopians" because being "Ethiopian" is closer to a civic-nationalist identity than a racial one.
