Could Operation Michael have succeeded if Germany took it's 1 million troops in Eastern Europe and used them in the offensive?

probably. I remember when playing battlefield 1 the reason the german offensive failed is because the failed to take amiens and therefore their logistics were fucked. According to the game there is a real chance the allies would have signed some type of peace agreement if that happened
