His best chance to take power would be between 1934 and 1935. He wouldn't have embargoed Italy after Ethiopia, would have maintained the Stresa Front to contain Germany and prevent a war in Europe. Would have been drawn into a war eventually when Malaya is attacked by Japan, Idk what happens to Germany but getting cucked by Italy, Britain, and France means no remilitarization of the rhine, no anschluss, no munich conference. Hitler probably gets overthrown by the conservatives. Mosley will try to hold onto the colonies to the detriment of Britain (the colonies were not very profitable)
Realistically, he would not have been able to implement most of the policies he proposed. Despite being an authoritarian fascist he seemed to still desire to retain mechanisms of ensuring popular legitimacy and accountability. He would have faced immense pushback on his more extreme policies.
