The nazis are invading the USSR under all conditions. But if they somehow don't, and the USSR doesn't attack them, then they destroy the bongs and ultimately get control of north african and mideast oil. The japs can avoid attacking the US, and dominate the southern resources, but would still be threatened by the US and USSR.
He gets killed inside of six months of when he died anyways and nothing changes. There was no outcome where Germany wins. Only outcomes that involve more nuclear bombs and more dead soldiers. There was no dimension in which nazi germany has the reach and power to control all that land. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a moron.
