I used to have phimosis, the skin was very tight. Never had any problem with it though, cleaning it when soft was easy. In my late twenties I went to a new urologist and he convinced me to get it cut. Don't make the same mistake. If it doesn't hurt and you can clean it, then there is nothing wrong with your dick
