Hello North Park General, I can't say who I am, or how I got a hold of this, but if you know, you know.
What I have in my possession is very early, very crude test footage for "North Park Sells Out" which was planned to be a theatrical movie introducing the Big Tex character.
We all know the movie was scrapped for what ever reason, but it had some really neat concepts and ideas that seemed to have been used for other projects since then.
If you're new to the fanbase and don't know about "North Park Sells Out" I'm going to copy-paste the brief synopsis from an obscure german animation magazine where it was teased around 2007:
"Als der wohlhabende texanische Geschäftsmann „Big Tex“ die beschauliche Bergstadt North Park kauft, stehen die Einwohner vor der Wahl: entweder die Stadt zu verlassen oder für ihn und seine Pläne mit dem Gelände zu arbeiten. Vera will die Übernahme jedoch nicht einfach hinnehmen; sie tut sich – ausnahmsweise – mit den Bewohnern zusammen, um die Stadt zurückzuerobern. This episode is an introduction to the show's main duo characters replacing the old trio, Milo and Otis, a pair of psychic twins, Milo (Left) is apathy, and Otis (Right) is empathy, the episode introduces characters and concepts of the town and everyone is welcoming to the two twins who seem keen on solving all of the town's problems.

I was supposed to make an entire comic where it shows his serious side.

The comic was supposed to start with a female cop and the ninja cat girls entering an abandoned warehouse where skimshbag lives since he is responsible for many kidnappings in the area and that he stole one of Dr. Cates' inventions.

When they enter inside, they are met with a large dark room. The ninja cat girls find a computer filled to brim with disgusting images of Skimshbag's victims before he killed them, then the professor shows up behind them, they fight for a while. Skimshbag wants to turn the catgirls into his fetish objects and even attempted to suffocate one of the catgirls specifically Teacup.

At some point there is a chase sequence where he says that they are "TRANSPHOBIC" for resisting him, then his "children" come out of his inter-dimensional coat to attack the girls but he sucked them back in.

At some point the catgirls meet the female cop and they both fend off the evil man, his face distorts to something disturbing as they fight.

In another point of time, the catgirls escaped the warehouse and are glad they stayed by eachothers side cause that shit traumatized them for life.

the female cop did not survive and has been raped and maimed to the point of unrecognizability, in the ending of the comic, Skimshbag then shows the corpse to his students as an example of a "BIGOT".

I wanted to make this comic to show that Skimshbag can be used as a serious and horrifying character, an inhuman monster devoid of any humanity but sadly i lost the panels making it.

The Blink-A-Thon in North Park happens, who can blink the most? It's Melville due to a condition he has where his squints appear the make him blink and he basically cheats.

"Forgive Them Father"
Father Goodfellow gets pranked by some kids, the small prank escalates VERY quickly and almost leaves the poor Father dead.
Jr. Rabbi tries to tell Goodfellow how kids can be stupid, and shows him a loophole that he can forgive him but still be mad at them.

"Drew Gets Jewed"
Drew is walking home with a bunch of quarters and accidentally bumps into Jr. Rabbi, literally.
Drew goes to great lengths when one of her quarters is missing to get back at him.
A good chunk of the episode plays out like a Road Runner Cartoon, but people are actually getting hurt and maimed by her cartoon shenanigans.

"Juicebox Run: Special Edition"
It's Wacky Races but with the special ed class.
Each of them making their own neat little derby boxcar races.

"Bob Saget"
Bob Saget comes to visit North Park and the entire town is scrambling to get it all right.
At the very end of the episode Chuck is seen at his desk, forcing a smile, his face hurts, and he gets a phonecall.
He gets angry and tosses his phone across the room after the phonecall ends.
Bob Saget ended up in South Park.

"Krampussy"
Krampus' Cat gets loose and it's up to Jerry to help him find her.

"It's The Great Squash, Bobby Norman!"
Cringe Kid really wants to see the great squash, he knows the great squash isn't real, but this is the time of year he disconnects from everyone and detoxes to replenish his mental batteries.
And then Candy Corn Lady shows up and tries to force him to have a good vaguely fall-themed Holiday.

"Split Pee Soup"
A rumor goes around that Shef is peeing in the soup and he gets fired.
The new replacement 'Durndle McTavish' bullies the kids into buying more expensive, albeit terrible meals.
Shef is rehired when the rumor is proven false by testing an old soup sample.

"Gorilla Warfare"
The gorilla enclosure at the North Park Zoo is left with the door open and soon there's a gorilla uprising, the gorillas wear berets, and have bandoliers and stuff like that.

"Patty's Hearse"
Chaz's mom is kidnapped in broad daylight by some unsightly ghouls(Maizby, Maize, Gnarly, Teeny Steeve and the rest), they force her to record a video to send to the mayor to repeal his ban on corn. And mushrooms... And magical beings in the town having to only go out at night.
Once they get their demands the ghouls find out they hate the daytime, too many people, it's too bright, a kid keeps massaging my shoulders and I don't like it!

"Charles' Man Son"
Charles thinks he's pregnant after sharing an ice cream with a girl, look canadians are innocent.
Oh and he finds out he's lactose intolerant or has a parasite? Whichever.

"Grow up, Zach!"
Zach drinks a soda that ages him up, but it's not all great, sure he can drink and smoke, but he can't beat up kids without getting in serious trouble.
Also taxes blow.

"Ashley's Big African Adventure"
Ashley is "accidentally" mailed to Abu Dhabi, and on her way back home she ends up in Africa, and starts a child army, and they slowly conquer the continent.
In the final minute of the episode there's a townhall meeting regarding the new ruler of Africa, and the town is shocked.
"Oh my god--That's my daughter!" is the collective reaction before credits roll.
