havent done anything in forever and havent even settled on a style. clearly OP and DB influences and the story is similar in that theyre space apes fighting snake and lizardkin who were once their enslavers (plot twist; the monkeys/apes were lab created gene experiments, modyified earth monkeys with alien DNA). it started with a space camouflage idea and then snowballed into this derivative stuff, but it was fun to think about.

I've been not so diligently tinkering away at my lil manga, so far i've only had to draw the lady in a state of undress, but we're about 2 pages away from her wearing what may aswell be her "canon" look. I thought I had it locked down, but as i've been drawing I was unhappy with the direction it was, so this is a draft redesign, any feedback or direction will always be appreciated, context if you need it: 15th cent france, semi-historically accurate, (dresses of the time are rather modest so we've taken some liberties for two big reasons.) I drew some chibis of my old OC, CAL/LEY!She's a cyborg squid alien possessed by a robotic Hallucigenia that replaced her spine called a Spinalbot.Spinalbots were created by a company as a weapon, they have advanced AI but require combat training. Once conditioned they become a parasite in a living host. SB-05 / CAL/LEY hated violence, and only enjoyed the roleplaying aspect of combat simulations. It attacked it's host parent prematurely, never finishing combat training.The squid woman is still alive, but lost all control of her body. She's now a living doll. Puppeted by the AI she trained improperly.CAL/LEY is a sweet and playful creature that is oblivious to how disturbing of a creature she is. The researchers that made her are terrified, doing anything to keep her happy. Transforming her sector into a giant dollhouse and playing along with her silly games.She absolutely loves dresses and new outfits. She's like a creepy living Barbie doll science experiment gone wrong.

An entire terrorist organization schedules their attacks around when she leaves the city. Her most embarrassing moment is a bunny costume photoshoot that became a collector's item worth thousands. She once scared an entity that can reverse gravity into running away just by starting to power up. She loathes her strongest technique like the plague and considers it cheating.

Marchelle creator again here. Here is my new OC, Gry. Think of her as part of the same main team as Marchelle but in a different unit. Want her to be the brawler boss fight. The equivalent of a tank type character. A silent yet happy swedish magic shieldmaiden that helps her team in removing the bigger threats with her axe. I know, I did not have any good axe ideas at hand.
