So I want to draw and the level of sexy looser is good enough.
So real question what is the real process here?
The artist says
>Pencil
>ink
>scan
>color
However all of that is useless trash.
What kind of references did he use?

Does he have like a folder of references he uses? It is obviously 90s anime inspired and some are basically out of style traces of real photos however did he have like a book of references?

I mean compered to that the rest is trivial.

start out drawing from photo references.
you can search on sites like pornpics.com every time you need a reference, or just download huge collections of reference packs from megaupload links etc, whichever fells better for you.

when you've been drawing from references a few years you will kind of just remember what things look like from drawing them 100s of times and then you won't need references for most things anymore.

Once in a while you will want to draw something weird and uncommon and you will have to go hunting for a reference pic again but it will become rarer and rarer.

Dude the only reason I took that comic is because it talked about the drawing process.

>start out drawing from photo references.
My question was what do you think the dude making the comic used. Because obviously it is all very 90s anime inspired. Also the 2 panel(in my picture now) has this pose that looks out of place to the rest because it is this dynamic super cool pose that I swear I did see in lots of 90s comics or something.

I am specifically interested in comic drawing since I do not need to get better then this however comics are dynamic and incorporate character interactions etc.

I know I was more interested in what the guy here used specifically because you can feel the beginner in him. I was interested is there a fast way to make comics instead of grinding references. Did he use these reference dolls or some 3D program to pose characters? When did this comic start? 2003?

PS: Thanks for the advice for refrences.

>Reee pisss REEEE
The comic is a comedy comic and this is one of its jokes.

the real process was the guy was social enough to concoct these stories into 4koma strips, something a LOT of "artists" cannot comprehend

>What kind of references did he use?
Judging from the art, none.
You only need references if you want to make something that looks good.

How can one learn this power?

>to make something that looks good.
Yet proportions are in order so is prospective.

>looks good
No need for better art for your comedy webcomic.

Does this look in order to you?!
>No need for better art
Here's the thing nobody disputes that, it's all about where you set your bar.
