How do you look at your own art with fresh eyes, or without your author's bias? I remember seeing my own art on X once and not realizing it was mine for a moment. I thought it looked awesome but then I realized it was mine and it started looking like shit again. Is it possible to reacreate that?

Put it away for a day or two (or longer), then take it out. Do NOT have any pencils or pens or what not on you, just look at it and make notes of where improvement is needed.
