>>7961427Then pirate it. If you want to make anime or anything close to Anime you absolutely need clip studio paint, tvpaint, or toonboom harmony. Anything lesser than that is fine for learning the basics like Rough Animator, Procreate Dreams, Toonsquid, etc.
