4chan is an anonymous forum. You have no way of knowing who comes and goes. That's the point. Discounting advice and critique because you don't know who is giving it to you is counter to the board's purpose. Anonymous feedback allows an artist to practice honest self assessment and discernment. Unfair bashing also serves to harden the artist and make them extremely amiable to harsh but valid criticism.
it helped me a lot. you shouldnt cling to this board or 4chan in general, at least not anymore. the good times are long gone and the internet as a whole has become a corporate hellscape full of spam and trash. it's time to return to offline.
