Yeah, you probably have a head. Just draw that. You can use your own head as a basis for any other head. Of course, when you simplify your head so you can add different details, you'll find yourself using some variation of the Loomis method anyway...

Project these proportions in a simple way to boxes and cylinders. Rotate them around and compare to 3D references for more extreme angles. Find your own "loomis" heads if you don't like the method. The reality is, most of the other methods are somewhat loomis encoded.
