I'm extremely new to art (only a year in). How do I find the energy to dedicate more time to repeatedly failing at what I do? Opening up the canvas program is overwhelmingly depressing and every attempt to study feels as if it is bearing zero fruit.

Often they've been working on it for months in a small group. But this positive attitude towards failure allows them to keep experimenting and trying out new things without worry. I think that's a healthy approach towards art as well.
