Do people turn off their pen pressure in these types of chibi drawings? cus i can never get these thick lines consistently, dunno if it's a practice thing or if they adjust the sensitivity on their pen or what. Do you guys have any experience with this?They probably don't turn it off, looking at how one of the lines (that i very subtly pointed out) seems to have the sensitivity turned on stillsooooooo idk. pls halp
They turn off pen pressure, crank stabilization up to fucking max, draw round flowing shapes, and then use an eraser to clean up some lines. Gratz, you've mastered the simplistic chibi aesthetic.

>>7979320You can vary the pressure curve such that if it's very light it'll have thinner lineweight, everything else at almost full lineweight. And you can also use directional / flat shaped brush.

>>7979320There are brushes in most drawing software where you can define how they react to pen pressure including the pressure curve. (E.g change size or opacity). No need to switch it off completly.
