>>7981546>It's a perspective issue.I think it is an anatomy issue - if you look at his reference photo of Arnold, Arnold is flexing his pecs by bringing over both his arms to one side... by having Captain America's arms remaining at their separate sides, we don't have the context for his flexed pecs or why we can see both of his pecs despite the profile view.The Anatomy isn't as bad as everyone likes to believe, but the small mistake of the lacking context just makes it look reeeaaally off, and it also doesn't help that the shield makes it looks like he has a small arm too.Meanwhile, it does correctly look like the reference he was copying, so I think this means the perspective is right for what he was going for, but I suppose you could say it's either or, since indeed with the context of both arms to one side to flex his pecs, it does also make it have a perspective issue.
