So, you dont have to abandond all pleasures, but in the end this is better, because no multiplayer shit will drain your time and you can draw more without being tied to cheap dopamine hits. and entertainment actually becomes relaxing again and is suitable for use as reward after hard work of all sorts. shit thread though, OP. go back to whatever board you came from
