I mean if you just want to draw in a crude/childish/whatever style then you can certainly learn to do that.
True soul is about the underlying ideas and intent though. It’s related to creativity as such. I think taste is the one thing that you can’t really teach people. The internal sensor that tells you if something is good or bad. I think you can even learn to be more “creative” if you exercise those intellectual muscles more, but if you have bad taste, then you’re fucked. Taste is something you’re born with.
