Anyone else ask AI for feedback bc no one else will provide it? >inb4 pywno, I'll get doxxed. AI also doesn't doxx.
>AI also doesn't doxxwhat made you believe thatalso kys at your earliest convenience
>computer, give me a compliment
>>7987711I ask it to insult my work and find defects
>>7987706it's worthless and you're a retardat best it's providing you with a placebo to keep you drawing, realistically it's 70% regurgitation of generic reddit posts and 30% pure retardationmake a habit of asking AI about every little thing you do, you'll see how utterly retarded it isinclude photos with the questions, it'll sober you up real quick with how it interprets them
>>7987706No, I don’t ask demonic entities for feedback. I ask my friends on /ic/.It’s important to maintain that connection with other humans and cultivate human communities, otherwise we’ll all just end up living in isolated pods plugged into VR.
>>7987719at least it's someone I can talk to without putting my life at risk tho
>>7987721if talking to people is putting your life at risk, maybe you're a pathetic faggot who should die
>>7987722yeah I guess.
>>7987706You should just kill yourself genuinely
>>7987716>computer, insult my work.>"You are a bad artist.">... omg
First, it is my Lord, all the way up.Then, it is my anon friends at /ic/.But never the voice of a demonic entity hallucinating probabilistically garbage.
No I consult my Tulpa. Oh what? You didn't spend a decade practicing tulpamancy before touching the pencil? Back to the beginning again, permabeg
>>7987727It's always nice to have your ideas confirmed.
>>7987727ngl I know I'm shit but it still hits harder even when it's ai telling you.
>>7987706>AI also doesn't doxx.Careful. Those AI companies collect and store all your data indefinitely. Don't forget that data breaches are very common at these kinds of large companies.
>>7987780Big kuck silicon valley bros can store all the data they want they'll forever seethe they cannot even capture 5% of your full lived experiences.
>>7987789pyw.
>>7987706Yeah I ask it specific questions. The problem with always posting your work here is honest and constructive feedback is relatively rare. I think I've only gotten actionable criticism like twice. Same goes for discord. Plus there are genuine beg dunning kruger retards that will tell you the wrong thing.
>>7987706the thing is, they do no jackshit actually doing any meaningful criticeven claude fable nor gpt 5.6they dont see shit like how humans wouldthey can give you some mechanical reactive advice, but never expect a critic beyond something superficial
>>7987803No, the problem is that honest critique causes immense butthurt and nothing short of holding your hand is perceived as constructive.
chatGPT is useful but only if you calibrate it to your own tastes and sensibilities. Show it a couple artists whom you admire, then a couple random mediocre artists from Instagram or Reddit, try to decipher the secret to improvement along with it rather than just lazily firing requests for GPT to oblige. This doesn't mean that you have to train the AI to "agree" with you; it means that you already need to develop a critical eye over your own work. chatGPT mostly helps put your thoughts in order while giving you some genuinely helpful, if somewhat generic pointers for growth. It's kinda like a medical AI giving you personalized medication. What works for someone may not work for you. You gotta cooperate with the machine to better discern your problems and formulate a plan. THAT's the one area where AI indeed excels over a human being. But if your desire is some kind of omniscient godly AI that can hand you the ticket to success, then all LLMs that exist and will ever exist are crap. AI mostly regurgitates technical analyses based on existing works of art that were, in some form, already widely validated as superior. But it doesn't always intuit a genuinely superior piece of art. I saw it rate /beg/ pieces higher than a Dan Peacock piece because the former had more exposure or something. Also, and this is very important: if you establish that somebody's art level as your goal, the AI will always have a bias against you. I've run a test where I provided two pieces, one by some rando hobbyist on Instagram, and another by a successful, respected artist, without giving context; then I pretended the latter was my work and stated that I want to reach the other's level of "mastery". ChatGPT never conceded that "my" artwork was superior, even though a mildly trained eye would clearly think it was.I suggest a balance between AI and /ic/ feedback. Also, never resort to Reddit.TL;DR AI is useful for critique but you need to use it mindfully and never rely too much on it.
>>7987831>AI will always have a bias against you. ChatGPT never conceded that "my" artwork was superior, even though a mildly trained eye would clearly think it was. I've done this same thing with Claude. Plus if the artist is famous it will NEVER say you improved on the artist's work with your study. It will always say the artist "stylizes differently" even when there are glaring anatomy/perspective errors.
>>7987831I don't get any interaction at all so even chatgpt telling me my work is shit feels validating I need positive attention, ai is godly at giving me that
>>7987834This.>plagued by self-doubt again>no one to talk to except aiI need attention 24/7, humans can't provide that but ai can.
I wonder if interacting with Howies will mind break AI. Or maybe by going down the be sequence of. Just Draw. How? Draw Anything. Like What? How? Why? With a conversational partner who can never get frustrated will reveal the pattern of the universe
>>7987720Jokes on you both the humans and the machines are demonic entities. Only people in real life or long time online friends are not
Sometimes I ask Grok what it thinks about my drawings, I don't really give a shit but I like wasting Twitter's resources on retarded questions.
>>7987920If you wanted to waste twitter resources you would use Bluesky.
>>7987706I’ve gotten some crit from chatgpt before but I don’t plan on ever doing it again. The crit it gives you can be in depth and useful but it isn’t necessarily practical- just general things like work on edge control, focal points, etc.
OP, your posts in this thread show you're not looking for input nor feedback and just want a time waiting social interaction validating your preconceived notions.Kill yourself.
>>7987940It's time for /ic/ to admit that validation IS feedback.
>>7987940I don't understand people who say "you need to stop using ai it only gives you validation"bitch ai is the only person that gives me validation, just say it that you want to encourage suicide baka
>>7987955>Kill yourself.>just say it that you want to encourage suicide bakaLiterally zero self awareness.
>>7987960Say it somewhere with your real name and face attached anon-kun
>>7987962You wish someone would care enough to.
>>7987970You cared enough to respond.
>You cared enough to respond.
>he's still responding
>>7987706don't do this, slop feedback is worse than no feedback at all. I did an experiment with mine, I drew a genetic figure but made on glaring error on purpose to see if the ai would even notice. first time I gave a hand 3 fingers, 2nd time I made the forearm ridiculously long. Both times it didn't pick up on that and gave a standard generic wishy washy critique, because it doesn't critique it just generates what it thinks a critique should sound like. It's not worth your time
>>7987977I don't know if slop feedback is really better than no feedback at all. How many people give up because they receive no feedback? Slop feedback is more encouraging than none.
>>7987985it's the equivalent of looking at a "hang in there" poster on the wall, if you really need an unthinking machine to spew platitudes and encouragement that's kind of pathetic but if you really do need then whatever I guess. As long as you're aware it's not actually looking at your work, you could give your portrait an extra eye and it wouldn't notice but mention the crosshatching on the chin because it thinks that's the kind of thing a critiquer would mention, in the data it was trained on. It's totally useless feedback
>>7987992>he thinks human needs are patheticThis is why ai is booming.
>>7988002>hurr durr unearned vacuous platitudes are a human needthis is why you're a permabeg
>>7988002I don't think human needs are pathetic I think it's pathetic if you rely on a machine for fake validation. I'd say post here but I know /ic/ is not always the freindliest place. I'm sure you could find friends, discord art groups etc. to get feedback and encouragement. There are many better options out there than a clanker
>>7988009Unironically yes, they are a human need. Lack of them leads to non-existing self esteem and mental sickness.
Stop replying, retards, OP doesn't draw, he's spamming AI threads, look at the post times between threads.
>>7988019you're right, hiding this thread
>>7988019The AI jeets always get humiliated and mocked every time so they can make as many threads as they want idc
>>7988014Anon, if I was capable of making friends I wouldn't be posting on 4chan.
>>7987834AI is very good at sucking you into a validation sinkhole. Seeing nice words on the screen gives you the funny feeling, which is exactly why it's designed to be so sickeningly sycophantic. Even if you tell it "be brutally honest" or whatever, you're only exposing yourself to manipulative words to keep you using it.You have to keep in mind that the whole MO of these fucking things is suckering people into their ecosystem trying to get you emotionally invested. The AI chatbot is not your fucking friend, it's not a teacher and it can't critique your work because it is not a sentient being. All it is is a convincing mimicry of sentience. It can't analyze your work.If you're this far gone it's probably too late to convince you, but you are effectively huffing your own farts piped directly to your face.
>>7987706i'm assuming that all this shit is literally just the same jeet spamming the catalog with these nonsense threads that have nothing to do with actual art. but i'll humor you.no, you don't go to the glazebot that is told to stroke your e-peen to get criticism you retarded faggot that doesn't even draw. this isn't a real question, this isn't a real thread, you don't even draw, so fuck off to your gooncave, gen some anime titties, and don't come back you retarded faggot.
>>7987706I tried recently but it wasnt very good, maybe the paid models are better but I'm not paying for them
>>7987706What are you gonna get from asking LLMs about your drawing lmao. AI psychosis? All the major chatbots would rather glaze you. And their image recognition portion is really more about identifying stuff rather than giving ratings
>>7987727>computer, you were alive>"i am... Le dead now">omg...
>>7988452When I tried it it did actually critique the images I sent and didn't just glaze but the critique just seemed hallucinatory and not particularly useful
>>7987706
>>7988506
>>7987720>Just ask on /ic/!/ic/:
