If your art is really fucking good (and at the same time interesting) then if you get even a few eyes on your work, it'll bring in a larger crowd and your reach will snowball. I'm far from that level but my art is interesting enough that people who like my posts also end up following and retweeting. For those who create scenes where a character serves as a stand-in for the viewer, have you ever considered making multiple versions of the same image with different appearances for that character? Some people might feel more comfortable seeing themselves represented by someone who looks more like them.Most of my illustrations focus specifically on those kinds of characters. Sometimes I wonder whether I should start drawing a wider variety of men or just continue drawing white guys (even though I’m not white myself).I feel most porn artists don't consider this because their artwork tends to focus on the female character being sexy or being fucked (or the male character, if the artist is gay).
