Do you think the enjoyment of designing your own characters and creative drawing in general is genetic/innate? Do you believe you have to enjoy it on some level to maintain the drive to get good at it?I ask because oftentimes I see people here and elsewhere claim that they hate drawing, they just wanted to be good at it, and with no innate talent or drive, were somehow able to push themselves for every second through hours of practice doing something they hate doing and became professionals. Which I believe is utter, complete horseshit. They just want to downplay the ease with which they took to this field and that the whole time they were secretly having fun. Thoughts?
