How do I improve the dimensions and perspective of my drawings?
I'm thinking on starting to draw again but I want to boost the beauty of the figures I do

A good exercise is to pick a relatively simple 3D object (skulls are a good useful candidate for example) and learn how to comfortably construct it from imagination from any angle. This will get you used to thinking in 3D and will teach you common perspective pitfalls to watch out for.

It's ok if I start with geometric shapes? Because I can visualize clearly complex 3d figures on my head, but when capturing it on paper, it vanishes

Yeah if you want to just practice cubes or cylinders then go for it

>anon makes a good thread
>retard 1 assumes he is a prebeg and anon plays along instead of telling him off
>retard 2 calls him a larper
vely frustrating.

If you ask a prebeg question like "how do I learn perspective?" then you're going to get a prebeg answer

Useful for drawing buildings and vehicles, but, all the hyper autismo perspective tricks in that book are pretty worthless for drawing people. Exactly 0 pro artists use any advanced perspective when drawing people, they set up a basic grid at most and then just wing it
