Getting back into animation after decades long hiatus. Any suggestions for software? I come from a flash mx background, but looking for something that's similar, interface wise. Must have paralax scrolling and most important is a one time fee, because fuck paid sunscriptions. The more affordable, the better.Any suggestions?

I animate with tvpaint sometimes, it's alright. They have a one time fee of 500$ I think but I haven't paid it
