I think the problem here is that you are making her nose bridge a lot bigger than it is in the photo. Black people tend to have flatter nose bridges, kind of like Asians, but wider. In fact you could get away with slapping Asian features on a black character, black people get pretty diverse. Her face is also too long. I'd redline it but I'm at work right now, so id recommend looking at artists that draw black people and copy what they do. Picrel is sesamefruit on twitter iirc
