krenz is literally post-ca newfag shit, zoomer
>>8025975Those CA forums are literal boomer shit
>>8025975Amazing how low iq this take was. You even finished it with an -oomer to really sell the retardation of your post. Bravo.
I need this book asap because perspective made easy sucks ass. The knowledge is great but the exercises are a pain in the ass to do. They give you fucking unnecessary convoluted words with little to no diagrams of how you are supposed to demonstrate the exercises.
>>8026002literal boomer? but it was started by gen-Xers Jason manley and friends.
>>8026082I am reffering to the admins and mods
>>8026085still gen x I think. they are almost 60 now, but they were not boomers while they modded the site 20 years ago.
>>8026086nah i saw their aviers I am sure at least the old lady was a boomer
>>8025930Linear perspective is not hard, it's tedious. Foreshortening is the actual difficult part and even then treating it mathematically takes a lot away from the composition. There's no magical book or course that will teach you how to do shit you dumb niggers, it's all about knowing how to draw things on a flat plane first then looking at how they distort in perspective in reference images
>>8026093she might have been. she gave off grandma energy
>>8025930No idea who this guy is but their art looks completely soulless and lacks individual style, typical twitter/deviantart cloutbait that doesn't get any recognition by the actual art worldI refuse to believe that people are genuinely inspired by this type of generic slop and glaze it only for the online attention it gets
>>8026118No one with exceptional art teaches, they're busy making art. Teachers are always soulless
>>8026118it looks like AI to me. Generic AI.
>>8026118when krenz showed up online in the late 00s, his style was fresh, unique, very soulful compared to all the conceptart slop that was the dominant force at the time, and thus spawned countless imitators.
>>8026126are you pretending to be retarded?
>>8025930Does the book actually exist yet or no?
Point to me a single d/ic/k who has actually finished Krenz's courses. I'll wait.
>>8026118>recognition by the actual art worldWhat are you doing on /ic/?This is a board that mostly cares for production art. For "art world recognition", you really need to find another place.
>>8026277not since 2015 it hasn't been, retard, you're as out of place as him
>>8026282To me patreon bait and commission appeal maxxing is just another form of production art. The border between the two is fuzzy anyway, once the skill reaches /adv/.Fine art "art world recognition" is an entirely different field. /trad/ might be a suitable containment thread for it
>>8026293cool cope, old man
>>8026293You're retarded
>>8026293>fotw coombait is production artyou will never be a pro, cumbrain
>>8026115Nah, it helps a lot. You can guesstimate better if you have your perspective fundies.
>>8026118Post a soulful art style.
>>8025930>This Book Not Only Teach How to Draw, But Also How to Think.I cant help but read this in a funny chinese accent
does anyone know a book or tutorial on drawing in extreme perspective (involving fov’s, human subjects, and probably forshortening) as the main content, not just given a brief mention? especially for intuiting it/drawing it on the fly through construction or some solid process/thinking/method you can try to implement consistently?>i’ve seen it mentioned by almost every instructor who talks about perspective, but it’s never truly covered in a serious full-length lesson that goes beyond them being like “uh, so now that we’ve covered 3-pt perspective, there’s extreme perspective too. like, here’s a fisheye grid, and i’m going to draw a person in it now. *draws it* yeah that’s how it is. ok so now to move on…”this is such a needed thing in general animation frames these days for instance, (for all those dramatically composed action key frames) and a ton of animators can intuit the extreme perspectives naturally and passably even without aids that it feels like there’s got to be a book or course covering it somewhere.unless there’s really nothing and you just have to chip away for ages in a void trying to figure out a method or collection of vague principles from the small number of ref photos out there. guess i can see how you could do this, but some form of even slightly comprehensive external instruction would be a godsend, if it exists.
>>8025930torrent?
>>8026307nah, starting off a statement with nah is a great way to announce to everyone you have nothing of value to say
>>8026969Not that guy. Just curious, anon. Why bother baiting like this? Did we do something wrong or something?
>>8026856Very few covers drawing human in perspective. Krenz, Eric Olson, Framed Perspective 1&2. And even then, you still need to draw by gut feeling. It all comes down to experience and talent. 3D models, cylinders, boxes, can only do so much when drawing figures in perspective. Especially since foreshortening literally breaks all perspective math. No one draw foreshortening based on ellipses and correct scale. Just what looks right.
>>8026856It isn't impossible to draw figures in extreme perspectives with a high degree of accuracy, you just have diminishing returns at a certain point. It requires a lot more work for very little gain that most people cannot see, because they do not have enough of a visual library to discern what is 90% accuracy versus 99% accuracy of an organic shape in novel perspective. That is actually a relief for artists.Instead of drawing every individual shape of a human construction with mathematical accuracy, you draw the space that the figure occupies within the background, usually as a box. Make that accurate, and then fit the figure within it as best you can. This is why getting into a subtractive mindset is important, why division is important in construction, why you draw bounding shapes for completely different shapes. Mistakes get smaller and smaller as you work your way down to the final form.
>>8025930>no release date
>>8026303Porn gives more opportunities to become a pro at the very least because you can dedicate yourself to full-time drawing
>>8027195that's not extreme perspective
>>8027399you must be retarded
>>8027448the irony of a brainlet thinking basic perspective explained by fdfaiw is extreme perspective calling someone retarded lmaostay in your lane, dunning kruger
>>8027456Thats lens distortion You muppet lmao
>dk outs himself love to see it
>>8027498Diddy Kong?
