Anyone knows if there's a good japanese youtube video or an artbook that teaches manga panelling? I'm already studying stuff from manga i'm currently reading but i would love to listen to insights from professionals.

Hiro Mashima YouTube channel have a few videos on paneling, I watched a few and they're great.
Manga Paneling is heavily inspired by cinema, specially storyboards.
Basically you just combine cinematic angles, like the dutch angle, with panels with all sort of sizes, shapes and dynamic layouts like the diagonal ones and borderless panels, like a full character outside panels for introduction.
