Its main demographic, women, often drew things outside of "cute guys," so we made a sister thread (/fyi/wao/) where people could post other stuff while also welcoming women who'd previously been excluded. Eventually, /cgsg/ became even more inactive. We kept it around to give the people who remained the opportunity to keep the community running for themselves, but since the carrying demographic had moved on, there weren't enough active users to sustain it.
