I'm just curious
EVER around 450 but most of it was when I was 13-15 on amino. I've only made 80 recently but mostly because I'm not taking comms
>>8029108Around a dozen you's in /ic/ and I made it to the /beg/ OP image once.
>>8029108nothing? i'm not a fucking loser. I lamet not getting into AI early doe
I think around 15k
>>8029216same
>>8029216one time someone (you)'d me and said "this is actually good," and another time someone on r*ddit told me they loved my art.
>>8029220>I lamet not getting into AI early doelmao you shills are so fucking retarded. whats the point of getting into ai early if it was shit early, now its marginally better and super easy to use. just get into it now, there isnt much of a market for it anyways.
>>8029234People making 50k a month by doing practically nothing? I don't do it for the money but that's not a small sum, yeah maybe you are right only lame people and /g/poorfags act like that. Too cool to be lame
>>8029238>50k a month doing nothingassuming they are charging around 60$ a "commision" to undercut the market, they would need to sell ~830 finished pieces a month without raising suspicions. if they are selling at around 10$ with the expectation of ai, thats around 5000. just not happening. patreon? nyl2 makes ~10k less than that a month, one of the largest 3d porn animators cant even break that but ai artists somehow could?
0$. I feel like I could have scammed some of the dudes I drew stuff for out of a 20 but in my experience selling other stuff the cheapest customers are the most annoying, demanding and litigious ones, the fuckers will have you reinvent antisemitism from first principles. But I did accumulate hundreds of (you)s.
>>8029361makes sense people with less money want to get their money's worth
>>8029365Not really, there's a class of turbo-jews who think your art isn't worth shit and you should be glad they're even paying you.I get some people are thirdies and 20 american dollars are something like two days' wages in Brazil and such but that's a global phenomenon. You get the same sort of guy when you charge 30 Real instead of 80 as you do when it's 20$ instead of 60$.Probably literally the same dude in fact, now that we have ChatGPT you can just DM dudes in East Timor or whatever, no one is safe
Exactly 30 dollars. Few months ago a furry wanted me to draw their OC, and offered 30 bucks (was initially offering 21 dollars). Looking back it was insanely low as this took like a full day, but I figured it was practice, as I wanna do commissions when I start actually posting my art and comics (hopefully not just furry stuff, but i dont mind drawing anthros)
>>8029216mogs me
>>8029216Good for you!
>>8029216king shit
>>8029108used to make around 500$ monthly a couple years ago... now most months i make nothing. i suck at advertising though
>>8029108Got a 250$ commission last month on artistree and it really encouraged me to keep going.
>>8029108Like 350 for doing what I love
>>8029108i live with my mom at age 27. she makes $130K a year in california as a special ed teacher. i'm willing to work as a grocery night stocker or something low-effort and antisocial but i'm not doing the humiliation ritual of jumping through hoops to make $16/hri can draw as much as i want without worrying about money as long as i stay in online school for another decade or so.
>>8029537I think that wasn't the question anon.
>>8029108https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVTXPUF4Oz4
About 2k usd which actually helped me a lot
>>8029525cute
>>8029538the answer is $0 clearly
>>8029108not as much as I have spent on it
$600 in about 11 years lol.I won second place on a Hentai Foundry contest in 2016. The proudest $200 I ever made. Nuked my shit after that LMAO.
~1ki don’t sell my art right now
>>8029108Less than 200 dollars. Ive gotten a whopping 2 commissions. I want to hang myself.>>8029216I wish people gave a shit about what I do, I dont even get yous, seething from envy at you rn.
>>8029108Exactly 15 dollars. Getting more requires having confidence that your work isn't dogshit, and I don't have that.
>>8029403Bruh, a full body shot like this should be at least $60. I thought furries are rich? >>8029641That's still better than nothing anon. Good for you actually, don't lose hope.
>>80291080 dollars, art will never be my career.
>>8029108around 1000-1100$ a month
$100 or so. One guy commissioned me a drawing of his character on steam and I initially offered doing it for free because I'm beg but he insisted on paying and sent me $70. The other time was similar but the guy gifted me a couple of games on steam. These cost me all my luck for life
>>80292545k not 50k derp, the early prompters were making around 2k-5k. It's my only regret when it comes to smut/ecchi/porn cause you can actually get a house with that money.Otherwise nah, drawing smut for a living sounds miserable.

>>8029656cute
>>802910820 euros, I wish more people gave me (you)s
2-3 grand this year, gotta keep working on the shilling aspect but figuring it out slowly. Expect to release something professionally pretty soon so should result in a lil income
online: 0irl: couple hundred bucks a yeardid a watercolor pet portrait as a gift and brought it to the bar to give it to them. Other bar patrons saw it, got my info and started commissioning me. The older folks are really nice and always offer 100$+, even for simple stuff that shouldn’t cost that much.
