There's no option that doesn't require giving some middleman your personal information at some point in the process. But if you want to hide your personal info from your clients, you can use a PayPal business account, use sites like Vgen, or take payments in crypto.
Vgen allows nsfw art and keeps you anonymouse. Patreon is also anonymous. You can withdraw your balance with Paypal.
