Post drawing exercises/guides that helped you improve and you yourself have found incredibly fun/useful/cool.

I'm looking for exercises for painting speed, any suggestions?

I learned more from making finished drawings than otherwise mindless sketches. I don't like sketches either. But I should practice thumb nailing and sketching better to get faster. But anyways, a finished drawing answers so many questions you have on your skill level.

I noticed that too, but I guess I'm looking for fun stuff to draw with someone who can get discouraged doing boring and complex exercises.
