If you want to go /trad/ with it, probably buy paper like what was on the keyframes. Buy colored pencils and only pick out the colors you notice in frames. Practice not on keyframe paper, but save that for you think you are ready for it

If you want to go digital, cut the drawings out of a keyframe picture and save that as a base
Then make a color palette in your program with the pen colors you need, I recommend CSP, because if you figure out the assets store I found a couple awesome pencil brushes

I think I suffer from his kind of autism and I can understand. he wants this ready made, official looking, pro approved set of colors he can just use without wasting mental energy thinking if he's doing it right
I wen through this a couple of years ago and I settlled on a clip studio template (I think) I found in some youtube video. I ended up never actually using it much, lol. as you would expect
