I like the compositions and shapes you're playing with, but a variety of color/value would be a lot more visually interesting. I'd like to see you play around with some basic rendering and maybe even some random scribbles of color.

It looks like you're trying too hard to look like something you're not. You're copying the superficial qualities of schizo art, but it seems that your focus is more on appearing to be so rather than something you actually feel compelled to make. It doesn't feel obsessive, it feels lazy.
