>>221704347its pretty simple, they fast before eating.when you eat, you know, 6,000 calories of hotdogs in one hour or whatever, your body can't actually process all of that before it becomes poop and leaves your body. maybe the body will grab like, 3-4k calories or whatever.so you just basically eat nothing the day before or the day after. your average calories over that three day span becomes like 1.5k calories. you stay skinny.there's like no conceivable way its healthy though. its like having a car and saving gas by only driving once a week, but you redline your car to its maximum speed for an hour during that time.
