Is it true gen z is wasting too much money on lunch ?
>>221704105>chips for breakfast
>>221704105>loaf of bread $5???
>>221704105Kevin made all his money scamming Mattelunc is out of touch
I dont have money
>>221704105I literally spent a total of $9 on my lunch and had a very good high protein meal of sashimi and rice. You save a lot by just making it at home.$6 worth of sushi grade fish $1 worth of rice/vinegar/sauce$2 of avocado/vegetableTook literally like 10 minutes to make, 500 calories, 36g protein.
These same mfers spent the past few years going on rants about Biden's food inflation and how unaffordable everything is becomingYet the moment the subject is about how unaffordable shit is now compared to what boomers had to pay in their time suddenly the discussion becomes " actually you can budget". " The reason you can't afford a home isn't because it cost 10x the median income, it's because you are eating doordash"
>>221704105That's only true in Usania with their huge McWages
>>221704105It's not bad financial advice at all if we're being honest. My opinion is that it's basically one of the few luxuries many zooms have, which is why they seethe. And I mean, with no chance of owning a home, the absolute state of dating, their governments importing browns by the cities' worth, people exploiting them through things that are literally engineered to be as fucking addictive as possible whether porn, social media & the internet and now gambling (at least in this country) who the fuck can blame them here?
>>221704105Yes we should like victorian era laborers and eat only gruel to survive
>>221704239The funny part is he literally did. If you go to the guys account he talks about how liberals destroyed the economy. But under trump he's going on about how everyone is just spoiled and they need to be packing syrup sandwiches for lunch everyday while making 80k a year
>>221704105There was a point where my spending at work went>breakfast £5-6>breakfast coffee £3.50>lunch £5-10 (including drink, add another £2)>post lunch coffee £3.50>near the end of day coffee £3.50>optional: a muffin or croissant £2.50 I put a stop to this as it got pretty obscene over time
>>221704105This is actually true though.t. Eats the same lunch 5 times a week and saves thousands of bucks a year
>>221704403That's almost the price of the monitor I'm using to read your post. Yet Europeans claim to suffer.
>>221704105it made more sense to eat out during lunch when we worked hybrid (2 days in office and 3 days at home) but it really does become unsustainable if you are in office 5 days a week.
>>221704239He's not wrong on this topic. I always eat the same stuff (cous cous with beans and tuna) when I have to eat at my workplace and never buy coffee or stuff at the vending machines
>>221704491Lol they sent you back ? I'm 1 day in the office, 4 days wfh
>>221704105> 18 pack of chips 12$unitedstatians cant suffer
>>221704635are you in ontario? ford pushed for RTO and now most companies are transitioning back to 5 days a week.
>>221704692I am in Ontario
>>221704105>18 packs of chips>12 dollarsAmericans truly don't suffer
>>221704725looks like you're one of the lucky ones who work for a reasonable company, good on ya.
My autism and bad stomach dictate my eating habits greatly. I've been eating two peanut butter and honey sandwiches for lunch for years. Total cost is probably 75 cents or less.I only make $23 per hour. I don't have the money to be eating out anyways.
>>221704105Just get beans, rice, and a multivitamin
overnight oats GODS ww@
>>221704105i don't because my mom cooks for me
>>221704812thanks for reminding me, gotta buy more of those
Boomers just enjoy acting like cunts. Best to remind them they're going to die soon :)
