I really dislike the modern gym culture around hating sugar, calorie counting, etc. If you do any kind of sports sugar is extremely helpful. When I was younger it was the fat that was hated, everyone would tell you you should not eat any fat, etc. nowadays it is sugar. One day people will realize it is the lack of exercise and general lifestyle that is unhealthy and not the latest boogeyman that secretly makes you fat. You guys have no idea how much calories and sugar people take who do like long distance biking and things like that.
>>221810812Sugar doesn't even grow in EuropeIt's from New GuineaBlame them
>>221816265Its just we don't need added sugar in things cause carbs do thatVilifying rice and pasta is stupidVilifying a pop tart isn't
>>221816374It's not villification, goy, it's just an explanation of what's happening in the body. High blood sugar, coming from any source, yes, including pasta and rice, causes:Oxidative StressAdvanced Glycation End-products (AGEs)Microvascular DamageImmune dysfunctionetcTotal Goyim Death

>>221816551That guy is making an argument though that consumption of pasta and rice is inherently bad when it clearly isn't
>>221816523(You)
>>221816579I agree with you>>221816590Germans use beet sugar?
>>221816252>paving the way for the modern sugar industry
