Oklahoma is uniquely good (historically) at college wrestling and softball.
That's literally all I can think of off the top of my head. As you said, it's pretty similar to Texas, though most Okies would hate to admit that.

And I don't know, from what I can tell there actually tends to be quite a surprising amount of okieposters here actually, but really seems to be hardly any opportunity or reason to mention it.

I'm originally from Oklahoma, and I lived in the UK for 4 years. Within the traditional Anglophone world, I think you can hardly find any two places that are more different

Oh neat-o, visit the gathering place?
>Does Oklahoma have any real identity besides 'mini-Texas with more ijuns'?
Basically, except unlike Texans, we can actually drive whenever it snows, rains or hails out. In regard to injuns, I much prefer them over the Mexicans that Texas has. Mostly because a fair amount of them actually tends to be intelligent enough to live in white society and aren't viciously violent like beaners and niggers tend to be
>>221840524
Also this, couldn't tell you why though. Maybe from all the corn and beef o algo. But when I was going to school in high school there was faggots in my class that were already 6ft tall by sophomore year, like aat least 30 or 40 out of my class of a little over hundred.

To be honest, if you're after the 'Texan Experience' you'd probably have more luck visiting Oklahoma with rodeos, powwows, armed to the teeth faggots that will trip all over themselves trying to get you to shoot their safe full of arms. surprising amount of decent nature, etc. Not saying that doesn't exist in Texas, but with all the faggots moving into the state from shitholes like Commiefornia, Oregon, let alone from actual shitholes like India, the state is really fighting tooth and nail to keep its identity.

I've been to 48 states so yes. Iowa has some comfy college towns. Omaha and Des Moines felt like smaller versions of Knasas City and Minneapolis respectively(at least to me).

The one time I rode a bus through Tulsa a drunken injun got on and started punching people. Some rez(?) police had to come and drag him off. Not that I blame Oklahoma, that's just a typical Greyhound experience.

There are some good neighborhoods on the south side and some rougher ones on the north, but this is largely true.

Oklahoma and particularly Tulsa s a shithole in the same vein as I would imagine a city like Bielefeld or Wiesbaden might be if I were to try to make a reasonable analogy

That sounds about native, truth be told a lot of natives do tend to have "firewater gene" which is why there's a lot are teetotalers and usually why their drug of choice tobacco, where they tend to smoke non-stop instead. And yeah, that sounds like Lighthorse Tribal Police, surprised to hear the randomly punching of people though, considering that when natives are being degenerates they usually almost always hide and leave other people alone and rarely cause any sort of nuisance out in public short of the occasional public intoxication.

>Was it formerly wealthy and is now poor, or has it always been poor?
It was actually wealthy for a time with it being the 'Oil capital of the world' for a few years during the 20s, which is also why we're apparently such world destination for Art Deco architecture and even though oil isn't the Saudi Arabia amount we used to have with the extent of its legacy living on with our petroleum engineering being top 10 globally I believe. But I'm not going to cover shit in gold flakes here, outside that, that's it. Right now Tulsa and Oklahoma at large is just trying to feed the beast that is Texas and her economy and just hope and pray some of their wealth spills over into this state.

$2 says there's a small city/large town in Wisconsin that fits the bill.
