>>221849280Spanish islands I have been to generally have AC everywhere. Its mainly just local businesses that are old and can't be bothered to invest in AC that don't have it there. I don't know about mainland Spain though. I would imagine it is the same thing as big corporations chain stores have AC, where as small local shops likely can't be bothered for it. Many older residential places likely also don't have it.
