I heard the reason europe has no acs is because all the buildings there just arent built to have them, in warmer climates buildings are generally built in a way that allows easy installation of split unit ACsACs do look fucking terrible on apartment buildings though, at least in america where single family homes are more common its not an issue since theres a central system
