Does it exist in your country? For some reason in Japan it isn't followed at all, I often see guys taking up the middle urinal when there are three in total, making the other two unusable. I wonder what is the reason for this cultural difference.

Why are there no parting walls between the urinals? The one at my workplace even has them when the urinals are much closer than pic related due to lack of space.Are you saying in Japan that everyone has to seem some other dude's stream of pee even if they're 2+ urinals apart?
