What is the difference between the indians and the mixed race in latin america? How do people identify as one or the other?
>>
>>221892203
usually race is tied to wealth in latin america
>>
>>221892203
Indians have way more grating accents and are generally uglier

It's just cultural. There are no "indigenous peoples" in Latin America in the sense they exist in the USA. In Latin America, it's just rural people from certain regions who speak native languages and refuse to integrate. They're not actually a different ethnic group.
