Every time I try to sleep I have the same dream where me and this German guy (He never speaks, I just know he's German) are locked in a storage container and have a vicious hand-to-hand battle where we break bones, gouge out eyes, pull out organs, and it always ends with one of us choking the life out of the other. When I lose I wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air with a sore body.How do I stop experiencing this? It's literally every night for a month.
