When i visited Czech and Slovak capitals they were full of bums sleeping in public places, but in Poland seeing them squatting is rare.
Is it because in Poland Church organizes food and shelter for them while atheist countries leave them out to roam?

I live in Warsaw. And while i also saw them in public transport sometimes, they are allowed to ride a train, even if they stink. I was more concerned about them sleeping on cardboard or in the bushes in Bratislava

dude, just several days ago i rode a train with one car empty because there was a homeless guy sleeping on the seats and the smell was so terrible so no one could stay in this car
