You asked for food, not a meal
>>

It's fermented rye. Kinda like a... sourdough soup? It's its own slavic thing. The sausage is there as a bonus after everything else is prepared.

What's that
>>

You don't really bake the pizza with a quality prosciutto and burrata, the prosciutto will furtherly dry and become stiff and saltier as a result, burrata is rarely cooked in general as it does taste better and as intended while slightly refrigerated or room temperature with its signature rich creamy and milky flavor inside a soft mozzarella shell.
In fact some pizza tops, especially gourmet, are applied after its cooking to preserve flavor and texture and are intended to be eaten immediatly and not twenty minutes later with takeaway.

Are you looking for a receipt to cook or national cuisine recommendation?
>>
>>221922024
Either is fine. Recipe would be more useful though since I live in bumfuck nowhere without much choice in restaurants

Everything looks raw

you can find delicious receipts in many national cuisines. e.g. from turkish channel:

beef probably will be a safer choice for ground meat. you can skip tomato paste sauce and also add violet basil together with parsley when cooking ground meat.
i like it served with yogurt. you can use bread or pilaw.
I am not sure if you can get it done right from first attempt.
btw, you can also fill tomatoes with that ground meat too as shown in the link below:
