Tasted my latest batch of sauerkraut. Been like a week and a half maybe. Pretty good, and it's a 32 oz jar so it'll last me for longer. The pickles also look good, and they're about five days old. Half-sours I guess, and I added dill and garlic for flavor while they ferment.
