Their eyes absorb the entire em spectrum except the low frequency blue waves which are reflected out and is why their eyes appear blue to outside observers. Blue waves tend to dry out eyes quicker which forces people to blink more but since blue waves are reflwct s by people with blue eyes, this is not a problem for them meaning they don't have to blink as much as regular people
