I think that my obesity/overweightbess caught up, because my knees are a pain if I walk around for 2 or 3 hours a day. I put a pillow bellow them, to raise the legs up, seems better. I assume it's knee tendons or whatever. Sure hope things get better after I loose like 10-12 more kg.
