>be Japan
>tank 2 nuclear bombs
>lose a nuclear power plant to tsunami
>still has more nuclear power plants than Germany, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Norway and Poland put together

Why do eurocucks fear nuclear energy so much?

fearmongering and propaganda I guess
imo it's debatable whether new plants should be built now, but it's not debatable that shutting down the existing ones was idiotic
anyway, we have this thread almost every day and it's always the same posts

Unironically the Soviet Union spread a ton of anti-nuclear propaganda so people would be mad about stationing of American missiles and keep relying on them for gas/oil/coal (energy exports were already the lifeline of their economy in the 1970s)

That'd be a bit acceptable back in the 70-80s. But we're already in 2026, how long can one stay psyoped? Principally when information online is easy and free to access

Japanese don’t really want to use nuclear power either.
However, we lack natural resources, and it is the cheapest option that produces no CO2.
We’re only using it by process of elimination. If a cheaper and safer alternative to nuclear power were to be found, Japan would switch immediately.
