Turks, Balkan people and Arabs stole so much from the Greek cuisine and gave us only little in return.

Simply because what grows in Poland doesn't grow in Brazil and the other way round, so we don't even use the same ingredients. And I'm pretty sure, with the melting pot Brazil is, this "Polish" cuisine is a fusion cuisine of all possible flavors from all over Brazil. In Poland we often laugh at what Polish Americans call "Polish food", which is nothing like what we have in Poland, so I guess it's even more like that in Brazil.
