Put in the fridge until it hardens. When you make rice - after it's ready and you take the lid off while itt's hot you mix 2-3 table spoons or to taste (depending on how much rice you made). It elevates the rice so much, I've got many compliments about it and question to how I make it. Girls like when you flex on others but not on them. My uncle was getting married and he is a chef so all off his cook/chef friends from all the restaurants he worked at gathered and cooked for the wedding. I can't even describe how good it was and how much I ate...I'll post some pictures sometimes If I can find. One of the most incredible food experiences of my life, I probably gained 2 kilos if not more.
