It's not even just the capital anymore, now people also say that Tampere is ruined. Or actually I guess most of the bigger towns, Turku gets memed on, Oulu is full of dopeheads and browns apparently (probably not really), Lahti is a junkie hellscape if people are to be believed, someone will always tell you that a particular town is shit and unlivable. Kuopio is probably the only one that doesn't get a lot of hate, but people probably just forget it exists
